Teenie Greens
Our field-grown teenie greens are a week or two more mature than our microgreens. Teenie Greens have two to four sets of leaves and look like a very small version of the adult plant. Teenie Greens taste a bit mellower than microgreens, but have more intense flavor than their mature plant.
