Scarborough Mesclun

Scarborough offers a variety of our signature mesclun designed to appeal to everyone’s palate. We’ll even create a proprietary mesclun for your restaurant—just ask!

Sweet Mix

This is a farmers market favorite. Tender, sweet baby lettuces that have a lot of crunch and body so that it stands up on the plate. Contains no frisee or greens.

Amazing Mix

This is a delicious, premium blend of specialty lettuces, greens, teeny greens, blanched frisee, and red orach.

Spring Mix

A fresh-tasting blend of lettuce leaves, mild and spicy greens, and blanched frisee. Also available with radicchio or without frisee.

Asian Mix

A tempting blend of Asian and spicy greens and frisee. Contains no lettuce.
